The career planning tool will assist students in discovering their capabilities and what future possibilities may be open to them. In case they would need additional guidance, they can consult our career counsellor. In case students have a career in mind, this will help them discover what is required to achieve this. And for students who are still uncertain about their career path, this will give them the chance to consider several options and decide what they like. 

Career guidance is not limited only to KS4 and KS5 students in our school. It is included in our KS3 curriculum as well, which allows students to do some research on various career options and understand what interests them.
